VIDEO: Black Eyed Peas Perform at Super Bowl Hafltime

The Black Eyed Peas put on a highly-produced halftime show for Super Bowl XVL watchers, though they didn’t do it alone. Quick guest appeareances from Slash and Usher help put the show over the top.

The Peas performed a variety of melodies, including their hit "Boom Boom Pow" and "The Time (Dirty Bit)."

Some (meaning, Perez Hilton) are calling it the “best Super Bowl half time show in years,” but others have an opposing opinion. Yahoo’s review found the Peas to be a little nervous an uncomfortable. Their verdict? Usher should have headlined the entire show.

Form your own opinion, and watch the whole thing in the video above.

AP unanimously names Tom Brady NFL Most Valuable Player

Posted by Dennis Velasco Categories: Athletes, Kudos, News, NFL,

Tom Brady named AP NFL MVPNew England Patriots QB Tom Brady was the first ever unanimous choice for AP NFL MVP. He last won the MVP award in 2007, that time receiving 49 of the 50 votes with one voter voting for Brett Favre. It was a no-brainer that Brady would win the award after putting up 3900 passing yards, throwing 36 touchdowns versus a minisclue four interceptions, and a stellar 111.0 QB Rating. He led the Patriots to a 14-2 record, but were quickly ousted by the New York Jets in the AFC divisional round. While the MVP award is sweet, it's still nothing compared to what Brady and the Patriots work for - a Super Bowl trophy.
